AGC has launched a new Buy America, Build America Act (BABAA) Resource Hub to help construction companies navigate federal domestic sourcing requirements. As BABAA requirements continue to get implemented in federally funded infrastructure projects, contractors must ensure compliance while maintaining efficient project delivery. This resource hub provides the latest updates, guidance, and tools to support contractors in meeting these requirements.

The BABAA Resource Hub features key regulatory information, guidance, and best practices to help companies source American-made materials effectively. It also includes AGC’s advocacy efforts on BABAA implementation and practical resources to assist contractors in understanding waiver processes and supply chain impacts. Whether contractors are working on transportation, water, or energy projects, this page is designed to provide clarity and support for contractors working on projects that have received federal financial assistance.

AGC remains committed to helping its members successfully comply with federal requirements without unnecessary disruptions to their projects. The new page will be regularly updated with the latest developments and materials to ensure construction firms have the information they need at their fingertips. Visit the BABAA Resource Hub today to explore these essential resources and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
