AGC of America is proud to announce the launch of the 2026 AGC Awards competitions! The Baldwin Group Build America Awards (including the Marvin M. Black Partnering Excellence category) and AGC in the Community competitions recognize the nation’s most impressive construction projects ranging across the building, highway and transportation, utility infrastructure, and federal and heavy divisions; those contractors excelling in their partnering and collaborative endeavors; and the charitable contractors and chapters giving back to their communities.
The Culture of CARE Impact Awards celebrate construction companies that are transforming their culture to create environments where every individual feels safe, respected, and valued. The four award categories are: Commitment to CARE, Attracting Talent, Retention and Belonging, Employee Empowerment. Rooted in the four pillars of the Culture of CARE pledge, these award categories recognize firms that are embedding inclusion and belonging as strategic business priorities to ensure that all individuals have the opportunity to succeed based on their merit and performance, free from unlawful discrimination or harassment.
The AGC Innovation Awards showcases free thinkers within the construction industry to provide solutions to construction challenges we face. We are looking to inspire members of the construction industry to craft innovative solutions to pressing industry challenges.
And the Bowen Prize for Great Builders, dedicated to identifying , recognizing and rewarding the construction industry’s most influential builders. Candidates are those individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership, attitude, skill and stewardship in an on-the-jobs capacity to ensure project goals were achieved in constructing America’s most essential infrastructure. The Bowen Prize winner will have the opportunity to select a construction education program to receive a $50,000 award.
