Three alumni of AGC Student Chapters and AGC Education & Research Foundation Scholarship recipients took center stage at the AGC Workforce & HR Conference in Fort Worth, Texas. Their session, hosted by Jaime Andress of Caddell Construction, explored how young professionals navigate today’s evolving construction landscape and what influenced their first career choices.

Panelists:

  • Jill Cates (University of Arkansas) – Baldwin & Shell Construction | 2023 Build America Scholarship recipient.
  • Lillian Huchro (Murray State University) – Granite Construction | 2024 Fred & Elaine Mast Scholarship recipient.
  • Brennan Lantzy (Texas A&M University) – J.T. Vaughn Construction | 2024 Joeris General Contractors Scholarship recipient.

The AGC Education & Research Foundation extends its sincere thanks to Jaime Andress and Caddell Construction for hosting the discussion and for their continued commitment to supporting future industry leaders. Caddell’s investment in student success is exemplified through the Eddie Stewart Endowed Scholarship, which helps provide life-changing opportunities for students pursuing construction education nationwide.
