The AGC Education and Research Foundation is proud to celebrate a major milestone for the Arkansas Construction Education Foundation (ACEF) following the groundbreaking of its new 40,000-square-foot workforce training facility in Arkansas. Earlier this year, Cass Sobek of Kiewit Infrastructure was named the recipient of the 2026 Bowen Prize for Great Builders for his outstanding leadership on Arkansas’ transformative 30 Crossing Project. The AGC Education and Research Foundation is proud to recognize two outstanding students from the University of North Texas who were selected by 2026 Outstanding Educator Award recipient Dr. Orlando Bagcal to receive scholarship support through the Foundation’s Outstanding Educator program. By commissioning case studies developed by faculty–contractor teams, the Foundation provides practical tools for both classroom instruction and in-house training within construction companies.
