Meet Randi!
Raised on a farm in New Mexico, Randi Fronczek learned the value of hard work and resilience from an early age. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Houston, Randi began her career with a smaller general contractor, focusing on projects that significantly impact the community. Her early projects included hurricane repairs in Galveston, a downtown hotel, the MD Anderson Cancer Outpatient Hospital, and the historic preservation of landmark buildings in Houston and Galveston.
Today, Randi works for a national general contractor, where she leads large, high-end architectural projects such as the Museum of Fine Arts Kinder Exhibit Hall. As a woman in the construction industry, she is deeply committed to supporting and empowering women around her and advocating for increased female representation in the field. She has actively served on multiple AGC Houston committees, including LeadershipAGC and AGC CLC, to further these goals and contribute to the growth and development of the industry.
Why did Randi get involved with CLC?

The AGC BBQ Cookoff is my favorite event of the year. It brings together great food, great friends, and great competition in a vibrant and fun atmosphere. The event is a perfect blend of camaraderie and friendly rivalry, where everyone can showcase their cookoff skills and enjoy the delicious results. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry peers, strengthen relationships, and create lasting memories, all while indulging in some of the best BBQ around.
