The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Wage and Hour Division (WHD) recently announced two updates designed to improve compliance and streamline reporting under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA):
- Online Fillable WH-347 Form – DOL has created a new web-based, fillable version of the WH-347 Certified Payroll Form. The form is intended to simplify the preparation of certified payroll reports by allowing users to enter required information directly into a modern, user-friendly interface.
- New WH-347 Form Annotated Guide –To further support compliance, the DOL is also providing a newly developed annotated WH-347 Form to complement the already-available written instructions. This resource includes clear, visual guidance showing where each required data element must be recorded. It is intended to assist contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and compliance professionals in understanding the form’s layout and the purpose of each field.
Both resources are now available and may be used immediately.
