May 28, 2025 marked the official launch of the Construction Leadership Forum (CLF), a dynamic new initiative from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin, aimed at connecting and inspiring emerging leaders within the state’s construction industry.

Held at the newly renovated South End Zone of Camp Randall Stadium, the event offered attendees a unique opportunity to engage with industry peers, explore cutting-edge facilities, and hear from influential leaders.

University of Wisconsin Athletic Director Chris McIntosh headlined the forum, providing insightful commentary on the evolving landscape of collegiate athletics and its intersection with major construction and development projects. His remarks underscored the importance of leadership and adaptability in an ever-changing environment.

Attendees also heard from Forrest Doolen, Chief National Program Officer for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, who spoke about the powerful impact of the organization’s ongoing partnership with AGC and its members. His message served as a moving reminder of the broader purpose and community influence behind the industry’s work.

The event also featured a behind-the-scenes tour of the award-winning South End Zone facility, led by the project’s builder, JP Cullen. The tour highlighted innovative construction techniques and the collaborative effort that brought the high-profile project to life.

The CLF is designed to host future events across Wisconsin, fostering a statewide network of young professionals and future industry leaders. Visit the following website to learn more about the AGC of Wisconsin’s new CLF initiative agcwi.org/clf.
