AGC retains the copyright to all of its news releases but grants a license for their limited use with attribution under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0). Warranties are disclaimed and conditions do apply. Following are the acceptable attributions:
- News Media: Any attribution that meets the editorial standards for such media.
- All Others: This is [a reprint, an excerpt or an adaptation] of a [exact date with hypertext link] News Release by the Associated General Contractors of America. © 2020 Associated General Contractors of America.
