Through a strong, ongoing partnership between the AGC Education and Research Foundation and AGC of Missouri, students pursuing construction-related degrees at Missouri schools continue to receive meaningful financial support. Most recently, the AGC of Missouri Endowed Scholarship Fund helped award a 2025 scholarship to Connor Hardin, a proud graduate of Missouri State University.
Today, Connor is gaining experience with AGC member firm McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri. He wants to earn his master’s degree and grow his career within McCarthy. One day, Connor would love to return to Missouri State as a teacher for the next generation of construction professionals.

As AGC of Missouri celebrates its 100th year, the chapter remains deeply committed to building the future of our industry. Through its endowed scholarship, the chapter has supported dozens of promising students over the years—creating a legacy that will benefit generations to come.
Endowed scholarships are one of the most impactful ways a chapter can invest in the future of construction. Not only do they provide long-term, sustainable support to deserving students, but they also serve as a lasting tribute to the generosity and vision of a chapter and its donors.
If your chapter is looking for a meaningful way to give back and ensure a steady pipeline of talent for the industry, consider establishing an endowed scholarship with the AGC Education and Research Foundation.
